My wife had to get her phone screen fixed, the store was extremely helpful with anything that she needed. We have had to come back on multiple occasions and get things fixed here and have always walked away with a good experience. The manager was willing to bend over backwards to make sure my wife got what she needed for her phone. Excellent experience at this Store, would definitely recommend to Anyone in need of Cell phone repair!

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 that needed its original battery replaced as it was no longer holding a charge for very long. Tommy at CPR assisted me with the replacement and was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He really cares to help address problems and answer questions. Great phone repair service. Personable employees. Battery took a while to come in from hauwei, but worth the wait. Small scratch from case removal, but phone case covers no problem. Worth it, vs a new $400 phone... Everything works just like outta box now.

Tom of CPR Cell Phone did a great job replacing the cracked camera lens on my Samsung S7. Based on his input it was also a good time to replace my battery at the same time since it was over 2 years old and required regular charging. It was only a minor added cost for the material since he was already into the cell to replace the lens. He was very congenial and able to complete both tasks in a little over an hour. Their prices were also very competitive. It was an excellent experience!

We needed two screens repaired so that we can turn them in for an upgrade.Service was very fast and friendly. Did not really test the quality because the phones were turned in.Only issue was that I called for pricing prior to coming here, I was quoted a good price. But at our arrival the cost went up substantially. I was told that I stated a different model over the phone, I dont believe that I did.All in all, service was good, friendly and fast.

They get 2 stars cuz I heard their repair services are stellar. As far as purchasing a used phone goes, wow! Don't even bother. $699 for a used iPhone XR 64 GB that they use a "one year warranty" as justification for charging $100 more for an iPhone that is sold for $599.99 at the Apple store with yup you guessed it, Apple one year warranty. Wow

Customer service this good is hard to find these days. Unfortunately, my phone wasn't repairable and they only charged me the basic diagnostic fee after having to order parts and spending time working on my phone. I highly recommend CPR!

UPDATE: In regards to my issue I was given a call by management immediately and told my screen would be fixed. OF COURSE the following day my phone screen actually cracked due to them needing to send the screen back to the manufacturer BUT they happily fixed my screen for me. Definitely recommend themSo I got my phone fixed very fast and am so happy that it was fixed so fast. HOWEVER, the screen is not holding up so well. In the morning when I havent touched my screen all night the screen does not work. So this morning trying to turn off my alarms it did not work so I hit the power button calling 911 UGH! So I wasnt able to hang up because MY SCREEN did not allow me touch it. This incident happened a few days ago bur I thought the phone might have somethig wrong with it but it doesnt. Also my phone now overheats dramatically to the point where touching the phone hurts. I NEVER had that problem before all of this.

Great experience! Repaired my husbands phone in expected time frame and looks great, even got a dis count on a better case. Definitely will keep this place in mind if needed only hope not too often as it is pricey ($230 to fix a S6 Samsung).

CPR was able to get my screen and charging port replaced the same day. Jesse D. was very helpful in arranging for a necessary part to be picked up from another CPR location. The cost was a little high but worth it for 1 hour service.

I cried for 4 days straight because my broken phone had all my daughters baby pictures on it. I was told by cell phone store theres nothing they could do. I took my broken phone to CPR and they assured me they could help me.they were very friendly and were able to get the job done fast and professionally. All my pictures and contacts were moved to my new phone. I highly recommend this store

My husband and I have used CPR repair for our cell phones on more than one occasion. Diagnostics and services has been very good except on one occasion. I was told a needed part would be in on a particular day and I would receive a phone call to confirm the part had arrived. That day came and went with no call from CPR. As the following day progressed with no call from CPR, I finally called them to see what was going on. The part still had not arrived and they were not sure when it would. I was told this was not their fault as they cannot control that the manufacturer did not deliver as promised. My issue was, they could have called me as they said they would, and saved me the grief of making additional calls back and forth to track down the missing part. The problem did get resolved within the next week.

I had my sons cell phone repaired here and they did the job I paid them to do. Before leaving the store I was discussing with my son about going to the Apple store to put a screen protector on the phone. The man at the counter showed me a phone cover and said, If you buy this cover for the phone you will not need to put a screen protector on it. I fell for his unethical sales tactic, to merely sell a $30.00 cover!!My sons phone is broke again. I took it back up to the store and told them about my experience and they said, Sorry, there is nothing we can do.BUT!! they did offer to fix the phone for the regular asking repair cost.WOW!!I have had a few things fixed at this store and I like to build loyalty and reliability. Thanks for the lesson CPR, not you again.

Quick walk in visit 7pm and Damon fixed our cell phone hardware problem in minutes. He was customer friendly and knowledgable regarding our Samsung S5.I would return if we had another problem. Verizon pointed the location as the place to go for hardware help outside of Verizon ability to fix the phone.

Some of the worst service Ive ever received theyve been jacking me around for a week because they cant get the parts in then finally have me drive up so they can fix my phone to find out they still dont have the right parts I paid them in advance so I took a refund and Im going elsewhere. They wasted my time and I had to call them to find out that my parts were in no one called me.
